Great room ceiling fans installed and west deck being built

The inside pictures are hard to see due to all the dust in the house. That's what I get for taking pictures at the end of a work day where tile and trim boards are being cut inside the house all day long. Window trim is proceeding nicely, the painter will actually be finishing doors and free up the garage area! Installers for the garage door came this past Monday, however they couldn't complete the install due to the painter not being finished.
The west deck is being built - with the floor pretty much done; the trim and finish work is left as well as the railing.
Two of the 5 ceiling fans were installed since the scaffolding is still up in the great room area. You may get a little better view by clicking on the picture to make it large - then arrow back to return to the blog.
We visited the granite wholesale warehouses this week and eliminated granite choices down to about 3. We will meet our fabricator back in Seattle on Monday and he will actually take back the granite slabs that they then will be cutting to fit on top of on all the cabinets throughout.
