Back again.....

We have spent the past couple months going to Tennessee to be with Cheri and family while Cheri had her lumpectomy and part of her radiation treatments. (Cheri does a great job of keeping everyone up-to-date on her blog.) We were also able to get a visit to North Carolina to be with Michelle and Josh between Cheri's surgery recovery and before her radiation treatments started. We had wonderful times with everyone and sure are missing the family (started missing everyone as soon as we left)! Paul actually recorded Tolan on his cell phone and brings it out to hear him. We stopped in Utah for 3 nights and 2 days and was wonderful being with my Mom and Dave, Jen, Brandon and Jake - even though it was short.
We were real excited to get home today and see the progress on the house. The sheet rock is in, radiant heat all done and the house feels really cozy. They will come this week and do the taping. Our cabinets will be started shortly and the final measuring will be done tomorrow. We'll be doing more looking around for the choices of granite for counter tops, wall paint choices, and finalizing the floor coverings. It's looking more like a house each day.
